Suavitel Box Redesign

Suavitel’s Lavender Dryer sheet package was redesigned in this project. Staying true to the companies messages and values is vital when redesigning a package. The redesigned package includes a new logo. Along with an updated illustration, total layout redesign, and new color palette. Every piece of copy stayed from the old box, it is organized and displayed in a new and different way, with an updated hierarchy.

Redesigned Logo

Inspiration for the redesigned logo came from Suavitel’s roots, the company was originally founded in Mexico. The angel of independence is well known in Mexico. It is a fully golden statue celebrating Mexico’s independence from Spain. The new logo was based off the golden statue with a spin by replacing the woman with a golden Cupid. This relates back to the companies core values and messages. Focusing on family values including comfort, friendliness and softness. The new logo encompasses all of these values.
